Street Ballers are Elite Girls High School Basketball Teams, proudly part of the Gym Ratz AAU Basketball Program. Designed for highly driven athletes, this program provides unmatched opportunities to train, develop and showcase player talents at HOOPGROUP, SELECT EVENTS, and NCAA certified circuit college exposure events, to play at the next level.
OUR MISSION
The Street Ballers Program, part of the Gym Ratz AAU Basketball Club, is dedicated to the growth and success of elite youth basketball players. Our mission includes providing a platform for young athletes to develop their skills at the highest level while fostering essential life lessons and core values such as character, teamwork, discipline, respect, time-management and sportsmanship. Through our program, we aim to prepare players for life-long success in academics, athletics and career opportunities.

Danny Brown brings a wealth of coaching experience and a proven track record of success to the GYM RATZ Street Ballers team. While leading the Girls Basketball program at Saddle River Day School, he achieved remarkable accomplishments, including:
- 2018 New Jersey Coach of the Year (NJ.com)
- 2018 USA TODAY New Jersey Coach of the Year
- 3x State Group Champion (2018, 2019, 2020)
- 6x State Sectional Champion (2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
- 7x Bergen County Champion (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023)
Danny also coached Varisty Girls Basketball at Teaneck and Cresskill High Schools, where he further cemented his reputation as a leader in player development and team success. His experience, knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the GYM RATZ Street Ballers program.
